    Well, I would like it to have some mystic or mystery effect and would like it to be serious looking. The 3rd picture there is a Dragan Effect which was an action I found on the web.

    Sorry, been busy. And was busy searching for those new terms you mentioned like ACR, etc. I've got CS5 and not sure how to install Adobe Camera Raw if that's what it stands for. And have been reading about Frequency Separation Technique also but I am still trying to digest it. Anyway, thanks...

    I just really like my smile on this pic and wishes to do something about it, I want to cut it out and apply some enhancements but not sure what or how Here's my cutout but I know it is not perfect Can anybody do some tricks of my photo and give it an effect?

    My boss wanted the following picture enhanced and readied for printing. and came up with this: Did I do justice to the picture? Any recommendations/comments? I just know the 'basic' things of PS and not an expert so I very much welcome suggestions and feedback. Thanks!

    Tried it again. It seems the problem is with my monitor, I cannot see much difference with the brightness and contrast, I tried calibrating it and this is the result, don't know if it better, what do you think guys?

    Yes, I want to make it lighter but perhaps the darkness of the hair should remain and I am not sure how to do that. =( And I don't know how I should adjust the eyes either.
