do i need a degree/qualifications to be a graphic designer!
At the moment design and art is a hobby of mine. I would like to one day make a living out of my design skills that I have taught myself. TV Reception effect !
Is there a way to create a tv reception effect in Photoshop. I mean when you accidentally press the wrong button on your remote and a noisy channel appears. I tried using the moise filter but the results aren't that realistic is there a way to create this?- mdabhi
