Can I make a layer act as a canvas w/size constraints?
Is this possible in Photoshop? This is more like a general question. I want to know if I can have a layer act as a canvas or something w/certain size constraints where I can put and plug images into it and it will restrict the image to that size constraint but I can resize within that layer...- PSPix
