    Tools cover the ruler on left pane... wasnt like this in cs3

    Hi all, In previous versions of PS, whatever panels you had docked on the left side, would reserve screen space so that the ruler would be in the INSIDE of that panel, that way it is un-obstructed by the panel. Well in my CS4 install, I have not found a way to make this happen...
