The control panels (most importantly to me, the Layers, Colors and text-control panels) collapse each time I perform some action with them.
For instance, if I call up the Layers panel intending to clone something from one layer to another, the panel stays open while I select the first layer. As soon as I click on that layer to choose a cloning reference point or to copy some area of it, the panel disappears. To go to the second layer and use what I've chosen from the first, I have to call up the Layers panel all over again. This appears to be new in CS6.
Is there a setting that will keep those panels open till I'm done with them?
