    How can I add gifs to still images?

    I'm a bit stuck. I created a border-like layer with the rectangle tool and saved it as a PNG. I opened a gif, went down to the timeline, and selected all frames, and copied them all. Now I'm trying to paste the gif layers on a png but I don't see the paste options. Help appreciated.

    How do I make Timeline window not show up on startup?

    Every time I open Photoshop, the Timeline window shows up. If I close it, it still reappears when I open a new file or next time I open photoshop again. How do i permanently stop it from appearing?

    CS5.1 Extended, the button to switch from frames to timeline disappeared

    Like the title said, it's just gone. It was there the other day and now it's not, I haven't changed any preferences of anything so I'm not sure how this could have happened. Any idea how to get it back?
