eduardar, when you say upload your psd, do you mean the gif for animation? If so, it is probably too large. I think the max size is 350 X 350, maybe 500 X 500. I don't remember. Go to edit>go advanced>manage attachments. You should see your gif animating there. If so, then it is just too large.

Be sure to use the save for devices option in Photoshop.

Thanks! However, this can´t be the problem! I´ve tried many times (27) to upload a file - also without animation - but always the message that´s an empty file!
How do I check that the file isn´t empty?

I'm not quite sure what you mean but to upload a PSG click on "Go Advanced" under the message box.
Scrawl down click on "Manage Attachments" and in the new window click on "Add Files".
An attachment will show in your message, not an image.
Only Jpg, Gif, and Png files will show as images.

If you have a PSG file you want to save to an animated Gif go to File|Save for Web in Photoshop.
Then follow the instructions above.
The Gif will show as an animated image.
If it isn't animated in the message it's to large but it should animate if you click on it.

Funny, I did not know so I always used "Insert Image" in the "Quick reply" window, it takes even psd files. Now I know I have done it wrong.

You're not doing it wrong peta. Either option will work for images. I didn't realize that for animated gifs.Of course, you can always go through manage attachments. You'll see what images you have posted recently there and you will see the gifs animating if you go there. The reply box icon is simply faster. If you want to edit or delete an image, however, you will need to go to the manage attachment window to actually delete the attachment from your post.

Thank you, but does not delete also work just from Edit post option ?

The problem is that the attachment doesn´t show in my message (probably it´s too big!).
I want to send this psd file, because you can see my layers and hopefully solve the problem with the animation.

P. s. I now have a file of 200 kb, but again I can´t post it!

Thanks!
However, there´s not an ´advanced´ option in my Photoshop CS4 Edit menu!

Psd with layers being 200Kb that just does not sound right. Are you sure it is not corrupted ? In another words can you load it when you restart Photoshop. Enough free space on disks ?

I think I know the problem!
I still have an old MacBook (2006) with far too less memory (512 MB).
If I´ve earned enough I want to buy the MAcBook Pro.

P. s. enough space on 1 disk
