$20 - Headshot touch-ups

I'm looking to:
1. Remove the background and put in a light gray background, no shadow.
2. Fix up the hair to make it look better (see example below).
3. Fix up the jawline to make it look better (see example below).
4. Even up the shoulders (they look crooked).
5. Smooth out the skin tone JUST a bit (especially around the cheeks).
