Specific A couple of adjustments needed

Can someone please a) remove the guy on the right b) remove the concrete structure on the left and, if possible, make his eyes slightly more open (just a little bit)? Basically just clean up the photo and make sure he’s not squinting as much.

Opened the eyes, removed the subject and just the distraction on the top of the structure on the left. I thought that the structure itself added to your photo.
