Specific A couple of logo requests

Hi guys, was wondering whether anyone could help with the following - my MS Paint skills only stretch so far I'm afraid!

1. Need the black background (everything outside the outermost lines) making transparent, and the greyish colour changing to white if possible.


2. Bit tricky to explain this one. I need the black background making transparent, but black piping to remain around all the features of the logo - and the bottom line of text changing to black from white.


3. I need the 1908 removing if possible.

this is logo 1. it is transparent. but you do not see him because he is perfectly white as you asked.
