A little help with a little character!

Hey guys, ive got this little character ive drew up for a friend but have trouble creating it can anyone help?

Call sign? That should be very easy for even a novice user. If it's going to be used a lot as a logo and printed I would suggest using illustrator instead of Photoshop but Photoshop would do it

Its a small tattoo design for a friend who lost a friend a few days ago. i think i could probably mange but it will take me forever and probably look pretty rubbish!

If that's a tattoo just bring that to the tattoo parlor they should be able to get what you want from that image.
