A novice in photo

Hello everyone,

I m quite new to Photoshop ....and am excited to be here.

Herein I created a flyer design ( attached below ) which was my first one .

Hope you guys like it. WOuld love to hear your comments on how i could have improved it.

So many ways to do that but everyone has a style unique to them. it would take forever to get where you want it using everyones ideas, if as you say "your first one"
then I say your well on your way........ keep designing
