Action Central

After reading the thread about creating line art from an image I was reminded of a free action called Isobels Sketch action - I no longer have it on my system so I tried to track it down. Cant find it anywhere and in addition it would appear that Action Central is no more either (though I suspect that might have been the case for a while).

Anybody have access to the action (as long as it is still free of course) but also did Action Central close down or did it morph into something else?

I found an Isabels Pastel Sketch Action Isabel’s Pastel Sketch – Rough Pastels by Sharon Lee Corea and Isabel Cutler is that the one?

No idea on Action Central, sorry, it's not something I've ever had to use.

I found Action Central on the Wayback Machine here...http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.atncentral.com

Seems it's no longer online. If you click on a year and then a crawl date you can navigate the old site.
Some of the downloads still work.
