Specific add sheer black tights to legs?

can someone please help add sheer black tights to the thighs showing! I have no idea how to do this and really want to add tights that are sheer not opaque for a different look

Thank you, John. Here's what I did:
1. Blurred the skin about 8 pixels.
2. Applied a curves adjustment to darken the skin tones
3. Added noise to simulate stocking texture, then lowered the opacity of the noise layer.
4. Applied a Levels adjustment to the noise to darken it.

No problem. For what it is worth I also thought that @Rich54 did a better job.
