Any idea how to make pixel pattern please?

There are endless ways of creating patterns. You need to know the basics. Once you understand this, you can go on to learning how to to create more complex ones.

One of the most basic ways to do a pattern is to learn how to make a Tileable Pattern. This is an image that when laid side to side in any way, will create a bigger seamless pattern. Your psd is a good example of this. The original tile pattern of this image could be as small as 20 pxls X 20 pxls which when laid side by side repeatedly will result in your image.

The one from photoshop essentials is a good one....

There was a post in the forum a few days ago asking how to reproduce a large grill pattern. I wasn't able to respond to that one but it could have been made possible with the above techniques..... I can't seem to find that thread... LOL.
