Anybody can help with this?

Hello photoshop guru's,
below is a testimonial graphic I can edit within Photoshop.

I know how to edit the text using the "T" and change from transparent background to white.

My question is, how do I insert a "picture" into the white square where a persons image is meant to go on the right hand side?

I really have not much clue with Photoshop.
I can select the white box on the right of the testimonial but I cant find a way to insert anything inside it.

New layer - your image - resize by pulling any corner in to size desired.

Thanks a lot for that video Inkz, the thing is my image has already like 4 layers? Or something. So when I open it, I am seeing different layers. I create a new one called "layer 5", I rectangle the box, then my layer disappear. I think maybe I will just use a testimonial without an image lol I cant seem to get this, and it looks so simple when you do it.

Take a look at layer 5...

I've created the smart object for you. Just double click the layer 5 thumbnail to edit.

Then go to File > Save.
