Welcome to the forums, photoshop_arch!

I have two rather instinctual reactions to the image. One is to create a bit more of a sky effect with a gradient which is more life-like. The second is to wonder why the foreground in front of the building is black? I believe a green to imply living stuff or even a more neutral gray or dark beige would be more approachable.

Cheers!

the sky caught my eye as well. Welles has a valid suggestion. An alternative would be, if you have a reason to keep it more as a drafted piece, (not photo realistic) then I think the sky should be within the same color family. Also, I think it is an elevation of a brick structure. You added shadow detail to the entry, then stopped at that. The windows appear flat (at the same surface level as the face of the building. I would have put some shadow detail there as well. Most brick buildings don't have flush windows, although this one might. I did a few things to it, just to show you what I mean. I had no intention of suggesting this is better. It's just my opinion.
