Hello gurus,
This is my mother's favorite photo of her parents. About 25 years ago when I was a kid I was playing with my brother and knocked this photo off the coffee table. It was very badly damaged. Before photo editing software, my mother thought it would be a good idea to color in the parts of the photograph that were damaged, including my grandfather's sweater, parts of my grandmother's face, and the wall behind her. As you can see, that didn't turn out so well. I always felt really bad about this and wanted to see if anybody here could restore this photo to its former glory so I can give it to my mother on her birthday on February 4th. Can anybody help me fix a 25 year old mistake, or is this photo damaged beyond repair?
