Specific Better resolution?

Hello, I want to engrave this on a real dog tag, but the seller told me that I need a better image to make it, he then sent me how it would look like with the original photo, and he send me how the image should look to make a good engrave, can you guys make a better resolution for this?
The third pic is an example of a drawing that he uses to engrave
Also, maintain the scratches aswell

Here is what I came out with, the image is very small and low resolution so my image lost some of the details/ hope this helps.
