Specific Bit of a tricky one?

I would like the trophy in the first image to be Photoshopped to a similar position on the second photo if at all possible?

If the amended picture could be somehow cleaned up a bit, even better, but it is a nasty, grainy old photo

This was a tough one especially due to the quality of the images.. But did what I could especially getting the trophy to match to the alternate image.
