I did get help from one member who made a beautiful change in another picture so I have two more to go. I was trying to figure out how I could do it myself because I'm a ps but still haven't figured that out yet only the second day on the site thank you so much.

Hello everyone the picture I'm looking to improve is the one with the couple. It was really super bright the day photo was taken so the photos look really washed out I am attaching three other photos so you can view what the water and the sky look like the day before also the blue church top looks washed out too. This photo was taken in Greece Satarini. I think I have 2 more of these pictures to improve so I'm going to try to put them on different thread Thank you so much for your help I appreciate it. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong on this site or if not doing well in the etiquette Department for this site. I'm still learning

If you can post higher res shots or add in a download link, the results will be better. I went with this tone of blue as anything darker didn't look right ... to me that is.
