"Boom effect"

Dear all,

I am new on this forum and this is my first topic, so hello everybody.

I am attaching a picture bellow and I am wondering how is this done. I would like to do that on another picture, where there is an explosion and I would like to do the same thing, so it would like it just exploded.



Hope I get any answers.

you can do the effect with
Filter >> Blur >> Radial Blur and choose "Zoom"
