Specific Bright light in background

This is a pic that my nan wants framed its got my late grandad in it so i would like it to look as good as possible for her. Could you please remove the glare from the bright light in the background or remove the light if thats easier. I would be very grateful if this could be done.

Tweaked a little more, and reduced overall yellow cast a little, + tried to rebuild a little of face details.
