Specific Can anyone change the second word?

Hi! We are printing a gift for my niece's 1st birthday, and would like to have the word "GIRL" instead of "WOMAN".
Can someone help? Thanks a lot in advance!

Although this image is made as a PNG with transparent background, it would look ugly on a dark Background because I could not give it more time to clear out the background glow for alphabet. In case someone wants to take it forward from here, I attach the PSD as well.
