Specific Can anyone please clean up this photo for me?

Hey guys I have a photo that I love of me and my mates the problem is that it's very blurry.

I'm hoping someone can clean it up for me so I can print it out?

Fast try, sorry to say, but blurry or moved images had not good solution.....

Quite limited in what could be done given camera shake when taken, motion of subjects, flare, and highly JPEG compressed image that you provided. Given those limiations here is my try
