A couple suggestions
If you want it recolored, please specify the desired color.

As far as removing the beanie, with standard images, there is nothing underneath the image you see. All changes/adjustments are done effectively by overlaying something else.
So a forum member would be guessing at how this person under the beanie should appear. If you provide an image of the person in a similar pose and lighting conditions (helpul) then a forum member has a decent shot of putting something in place to meet your needs.
