Can't move the layers

Hi members, i have a big problem and i can't finish my project until i fix the bug.So who can help me?
The problem is .. when i click on layer ,the layer just stay brown and i can't move it ... when i try i move only the red background.If i want to move the layer i have to click 2 times on in and then the layer is blue and i can move is....

I can appreciate your try with the English but I am sorry I do not understand what you are asking. Your layer stays brown?
I am taking a guess here, that you want to move more than one layer at one time.
If that is the case you need to select all layers you want to move, you need to push the command key along with your move tool to select more than one not sure what it is PC alt maybe. but like I said I'm not sure what you're asking. I would venture to guess that most members are confused, want to try asking again? Maybe by saying it in your own language and using Google translate may help.

no,i'm not trying to move more than one layer.I want to move only one but i can't.When i try to move more than one layers i can and it's okay...the problem is with one layer.I also reset all settings in photoshop but same problem ...

Yeah.........I'm a bit confused as well. I'm not sure what is meant by the "BROWN" and "RED" colors.

criting, when you click in the main body of a layer to select or highlight the layer, what color does the layer turn?

It's okay now,it was because of the "Quick Mask".

I created a shape and then added a layer mask. I then selected the quick mask mode...........I could still move the layer.
