Can anyone make me a .psd file, of a glass cd cover like this?

I want that glass-like cover around the cover of the game, like in the link, and then i put a real cover of a game inside.

My friend, you are going to need to give people a little more than two hours to respond before you get impatient about it. It's Sunday where I am and I am working on this while doing laundry, cleaning house, watching the Superbowl pregame, cooking lunch and spending time with my favorite guy.

Try this. Just delete "layer 4", which is just Sims cover art stuck in for the demonstration.

When you want to put a different cover in there, highlight the "your image" layer and paste the new art in. Then just resize the new art. The layer mask above it will make sure it fits.
