I can never stop fiddling with these images. It bothered me that in my first iteration the OP's image looked like it was floating 20 stories up. I also wanted him to stand out more and tweak the tonality of the uniform. Adding lighter atmospheric perspective, a levels change to the OP's image layer and creating a railing was my solution. Whether this has any relevance to the OP's vision of a solution is another story.
