Paid Change flag type/remove small item

I think this one is fairly straight forward,

need the red flag changed from red to look like the attached black flag with white diagonal stripe
remove the large star shape near the flag
change smaller bottom text from "victory through vigilance" to "Pro Patria Sic Semper Tyrannis"
