Specific Change necklace to gold #2

Hi would someone possibly be kind enough to change my necklace to gold on this photo without editing/airbrushing anything else if possible? (I am the person in the red dress) Thanks so much

this is brilliant but the only issue is the necklace is slightly thicker on another photo i plan on including. Could the thickness possibly be matched to how it is in my other request photo so that it looks like the same necklace?
