Specific Change the backround

Hello Gurus, Can we please change the backround to make it look like as if they are both standing at the same place? Preferably the same backround as in the right side of the photo. Thank you!

Here's my try. Very difficult to select the hair and change the background behind it. I'm not in love with my attempt, so if anybody else wants to start from here and try to improve the hair, you're welcome to try.
