Changing Photoshop6 "Save As..." default?

How do I change? If it would default to the last format and place saved would be what I want. Or at least let me change the default folder.

Part of the problem might be because I am uploading from my camera and disconnecting when uploading is finished.

I think this is one of the annoying things about Windows, but I don't think MAC users suffer from this.
Have you looked on download dot com? there are loads of free programs on there, and there will probably be one that sorts this issue too.
