I love creating shapes. I tend to make completely pen-tooled images, rather than Photo Manipulation. So, the shape I just finished was based around a chinese pattern. I was originally asked to draw a pattern that was symettrical & could be split down the middle & used as Large handles on a double door. This is what I came up with, and I also show an example of what I did with it using a few Ps fx as a bit of fun. (although I think it looks Aztec in that version)
Getting the maze designed wasn't the hardest part, but making sure the thickness of all the bars & gaps were the same, took me a good few hours.
