Hey everyone..

Not sure if anyone is willing to help out with this much work, but I don't have the time OR skill to pull this off by myself. A couple of us recently started a Call of Duty clan, and I was looking to have some medals created to "hand out" based on our weekly gameplay.

I believe we need 10 different styles and within each style there would need to be a slight variation. I can explain more if anyone is interested in helping. I can show an example of what we're looking for in PM because I'm not allowed to attach yet. ;[

I'm looking for both the image AND .psd in case a new medal is needed.

Is this something that you will have made into a coin/medal or just an electronic medal? I only ask because the end use will determine the design parameters.
 
I'm sorry I didn't specify prior. Hah. I'm just looking for an set of images. made up medals based on categories I already have. Which, I will go into detail with whoever wants to help. I'm not going to have anything made or anything. Just going to post the image on our forums.

^That image is pretty sweet and it would be killer to have a real version of something like that. Wish I could help but I am still learning the ropes.
 
No matter how many attempts I've done I can't come close to making anything as good as the above image. So that's why I'm here. Wish
 
Just to help get a better idea here's what I was thinking. As I stated, we'd like 10 different medal styles/ribbon color combos. Within each style there would be a few changes as follows.

Style 1: Medal name = Win Streak. On the medal itself I'd like one that has "5", "10", "15", "20", and "25"
Style 2: Medal name = ______ Marksmen. On the medal itself have an image of the type of gun used to achieve the medal. Here there'd be Assault Rifle, Sniper Rifle, SMG, LMG, Pistol, Shotgun, Knife, Explosives, Launcher,
Style 3: Medal name = Grim Reaper
Style 4: Would have 2 different things within the same style. One = Zombies, Other = Survival
Style 5: Medal name = Clan Night
Style 6: Would have MANY variations. More details if someone picks up my request.
Style 7: Medal name = Headshot
Style 8: Medal name = Distinguished Service
Style 9: Medal name = Recruiter
Style 10: Medal name = Many variations as well. However here it'd be a simple image and text plug in.

I have 90% of the images I'd like included into the medals already. So basicly I'm looking for someone to design 10 different medal + ribbon combos, along with helping me incorporate the images I'm looking for into the various medals. I hope this clears things up, and I am more the willing to help on some things. My knowledge is limited, but I can edit and copy styles once I have each template made for the different variations.

Please help us out.

Thank you so much for the effort, however I need a whole new set that is different from the example from what I had given. I'd feel odd ripping off that persons hard work. I greatly appreciate what you've done though. Couple good ideas in there.
 
Could someone please remove the background (including within the metal ring) from this .psd please? The file is in post #7. Thank you in advance.
 
your asking for someone to create a medal for you, isnt thats still ripping off someones hard work?
not saying there is anything wrong with your request but your still ripping off someones hard work.

I wouldn't say using a set of images with someones prior consent is ripping off anyone. Credit would be given and perhaps it'd be a good start for someone attempting to create some type of portfolio for future paid projects.
