Specific Clean the girl’s dirty foot

Could anyone clean the girl’s foot please ? I tried it with a few apps but it lower the quality of the picture and I don’t have my laptop with me to use photoshop so if anyone could do it for me that would be really helpful ! Also please don’t change anything else on the picture.
