Specific Clean up old postcard

Using Hudson's post as an incentive (Thanks!), I had fun with adding colour without drifting away from the 'era' appearance. I know it's not what you were looking for romanod886 but the subject and quality of your post stirred up a bunch of possibilities. :^)

I am bumping this request because the file I tried to print did not fit to an 8x10:

I have two requests for this picture

1. Please remove the little imperfections on her neck, chest, etc., and
2. Please isolate the subject so she is behind a blank background.

I want this to fit into an 8x10 frame, but since this is an old postcard, it is not proportioned appropriately into an 8x10 frame. So she needs more background space on either side of her head and shoulders.
