Clone Stamp Tool

I was following along a tutorial when I came across a step to use the clone stamp tool to soften the skin of a pic. It states that you should use the clone tool and clone all over the skin. When I try doing this, I sample a clear spot on the face and click over the rest of the face using this sample. The problem I face is... the picture seems to repaint itself at the point I try to clone. for example.. if I redo the mole beside the nose and keep clicking right. i start placing her hair in her face and I didn't even resample. I have attached the link. Thanks

Uncheck the "aligned" check box so the source spot remains the same. If you do more than a minimum of "skin softening," your way seems awful time-consuming. You'd be better off working with the red channel and slightly blurring it.
