Cloning the inclined lines

Hi,
I cannot find any tutorial about it.
I want to clone the inclined bars to fill the white missing area seen bottom.
How can I do that?

easy option select same colour and with a brush paint over them.

harder option but with some time and learning the clone brush is more powerful than most people believe.

1 feature that stands out in this case is that if you go to window > clone there is many options 1 being angle and roation of clone source. you can adjust the angle at which you want to clone at.
 
I know it may sound silly, but unless your not showing the entire image, why not just crop the bottom part out?
