Cloud Filter Missing??

Hey everyone, wanted to use the filter effect called 'clouds' in a signature for a forum today (usually found at Filter>Render>Clouds). But it isn't there. Could this be due to the fact my CS6 is a cracked version? Any ways I can solve this, or are there any alternatives to this filter? Thanks!

That may have something to do with it, plus that fact that your leaving yourself open to viruses and malware corrupting your computer using cracked software!!

CS6 'cracked' i think not somehow, the whole idea of pay as you go PS is to get away from the old days of pirated copies and vast sums of money lost by Adobe is it not?
