Heading off to work, but I did this rather quickly. I've attached an image with the wheels selected and colored in and also a .psd so you can change the top layer (the wheels) to any color red you want.

yeah prob is though all under my bonnet is red like rocker cover, cam cover, silicone hoses etc lol just red and shiny so cba changing all of that to green lol
