Specific Content aware scale for portrait

I'm having trouble making this image into a perfect square (1104x1104), now its 1104x736. I don't want to stretch the girl, only the background. Tried using content aware scale, but it still does stretch. Also her right shoulder is kinda cropped, so i'm having trouble with this too, because, the girl should be in the center of the image.
