Specific Could someone clear the noise and whiten teeth?

I got a RAW/DNG image from a Canon camera but it's too noisy. I'd also like if my incisors could be 'pushed' back a bit if that's possible and the whole teeth whitened. The last thing I'd like is for the image to be whitened.
