Random Could someone make my hair curly/soft and whiten my eyes please?

I took a TIFF a few weeks ago and it's quite large so I hope it isn't difficult to work with. I'd basically like my hair made to like curly like the image below as well as the sclera of my eyes whitened:

This is not a valid reason as to why you make free requests and do not respond when the forum members perform edits for you! Not even a thank you! This is considered rude. A little common courtesy would be appreciated.
