Could someone please help me edit these images?

Hi,

I've been trying to edit these images with the Photoshop software at school but I can't seem to do it without cutting something I need out or making his face look discoloured.

Could someone please edit out the backgrounds for me and make his face look flawless?
I'd really appreciate it.
