I'd like to be able to make all my auctions look like this one:

How do I do this? I'm assuming it would be an editable multi-layered PSD file but I don't know how to do the part that makes it LOOK like a mylar. I can do a LOT in Photoshop but there is a LOT I can't do! Thanks so much!
