Why when I select a tool do I have 3 vice 1 tool as my cursor?

3 vice 1 tool? If you have Caps lock on it can make the cursor change than what the tool cursor usually is.

Not a problem, sometimes it is the simplest things that drive us crazy. After 13 years of using Photoshop, I still, occasionally, do the same thing and it takes me a minute to realize my Caps lock is on.

Am I supposed to have a penlike cursor or crosshairs of a scope?

If Caps lock is on, you will get the crosshair cursor, but when caps is off, you should have the penlike one. The point of the cross hairs, I suppose, is for exact precision. I never like it on personally.

3 pen heads??!! And you have the Pen tool selected? Can you send a screen shot of what you mean??

Solved, decrease the DPI Scaling in Windows to the default setting of 96 DPI.
