Specific Date removal

Hi all,

I'm trying to remove two dates on a logo that my car club created back in 2018. Would anyone be able to assist in removing the "2018" and "18 November" from the very top logo. I've provided both the pdf version and a (low res) snapshot of the logo. Alternatively, I have a logo without the dates, but do not possess the skills to superimpose it onto the red background.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!
