Debluring a photo

I am having trouble finding a good way to deblur this photo. Since adobe doesn't seem to be releasing their voodoo deblurer they teased a while back,... I wonder what the next best thing would be? Any suggestions?

your very limited on what you can do you could open it up in ACR boost the clarity and sharpness but results will not be so great.

as you can see with sharpness comes noise, Noise reduction comes blurriness so you have to shoose what is more important to you

I get a little bit better result with Smart Sharpen and remove motion blur. It was still quite a mess so I deleted it.
