Hi guys, I am new to photoshop and decided to take part in designing a poster for work safety. One of the requirement which I do not understand is...
"All text must be converted to paths or created outlines. All image links have to be included in the CD-ROM in CMYK colours."

Only Illustrator would allow convert text to path and input image links right?

FYI, I am using photoshop to design.

Select/highlight your text layer.
Position your mouse over the actual text layer in the Layers Panel.
Now right click, from the contextual menu, choose Convert To Shape.

This creates a path for each letter of your text which you can see in your Paths Panel
.

edit: This is for Photoshop.

I think that should do it! Thanks a lot!
